For shared tours, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full
refund; less than 24 hours’ notice results in a 100% charge. For private tours,
cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund; less than 72
hours’ notice incurs a 50% charge, and less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a 100%
charge.
If we determine that weather conditions pose a safety risk, we will cancel the
excursion and offer an alternative date, a credit voucher valid for 12 months, or a full
refund.
Our tours are family-friendly and suitable for all ages. However, children must be
supervised by an adult at all times.
Swimming is not mandatory. Life jackets are provided, and our crew is trained to
ensure everyone’s safety during water activities.
